In depth

Verdict

Willie Mullins won this in 2008 with the classy Cooldine, who was making his chasing debut under Paul Townend, deputising for the injured Ruby Walsh. History can repeat itself here as the mare MORNING SUPREME, a Listed winner over timber at Limerick in March, looks a high-class recruit to fences for the champion trainer. Roi Du Mee looks best of those with chasing experience though both Fen Game and Playboy Luke will be better for recent runs over the bigger obstacles and are expected to do better. Bobs Display had a progressive profile over hurdles and Colm Murphy knows how to get one ready after an absence but the versatile Eagles Pass is a bit long in the tooth to be making his debut over fences.
