Verdict

Hunters Yarn started favourite for a Naas bumper last month but didn't quite get the run of the race and had to settle for third. Agape, who was 2 lengths back in fifth, looked very green and will have come on a bundle while Miranda Priestly stayed on after getting outpaced. Forever Frankie was beaten 15 lengths when third at Leopardstown while Hasty Brook just a couple of lengths less at Punchestown though both are entitled to make progress. HABEUS CORPUS is by Sir Percy out of a Flat winner so should have plenty of pace but stablemate Happy Victory is bred to be a stayer over jumps. The latter remark also applies to Hemlock, whose dam is from the family of a couple of smart jumpers.
