In depth

Verdict

Lipinski showed much improved form when second in a handicap at Leopardstown 12 days ago. A repeat of that effort would see her in the firing-line but ASITSOHAPPENS appears to have the best overall form having gone close at Cork and Gowran last month. Davy Russell can steer Moses McCabe's charge to a deserved first victory here. Bentelimar showed promise at Killarney last May but hasn't been seen since and more interesting is Macnicholson, only beaten half-a-length in a similar contest over track and trip last month.
