In depth
Verdict
Badger Or Bust is very consistent at this level but his reward has been just one success in 33 starts on the Flat and he's gone up 4lb without winning. Belle's Ridge is the only one of these to have won over the trip and made a pleasing comeback at Gowran where he stayed on nicely over the mile. CAVE ARTIST hasn't had much racing and has taken a long time to show any real form but his last two runs, especially his latest where he stayed on strongly behind Maal over a mile at Limerick, suggests he's nicely weighted and ready to gain his first success. All three of Intyre Trail's career victories have come on the all-weather but he's just as adept on turf as he showed with a very good effort over 7f at Naas last time where he stayed on very strongly from the rear. Legendary Times was fancied for a handicap at Naas in April but completely missed the break and never got into contention.
