Verdict
Bobs Pride will be warming up for another crack at the Galway Plate where he fell at the last a year ago when travelling well. He's the definite form pick but probably won't be fully tuned and SCHELM could be the one to take advantage. Ronnie O'Leary's charge has returned to action after a long break with good efforts behind Psycho and Archie Boy and with those runs behind him should be at peak fitness for this. The Fonze eventually finished fourth in the Galway Plate and this 15-times winner hardly knows how to run a bad race though soft ground was his downfall on the Flat at Roscommon last month. Battlefront has shown some ability and may prove best of the remainder.
