Khafaaq's winning run came to an end at the Curragh after landing a couple of minor handicaps including on this track. Miss Myers has been racing in strong company since winning her maiden a year ago and will appreciate the drop in grade. Soaring Monarch produced two excellent runs at the Galway Festival and is capable of further progress so has to go on the shortlist along with Kodiac Prince, who just failed to catch Ramiro at Listowel. Soul Seeker takes a step-up in trip for his handicap debut and could be on a nice mark though with his yard still firing the winners in easy Listowel winner SHEER BRAVADO can overcome a 12lb rise and complete a double.
