In depth

Verdict

Three-year-olds don't have a great record in this but Faleena is going well and drops back to the minimum after a cracking run over an extra furlong at Fairyhouse. She holds Phebes Wish on earlier form and though behind Possible at Naas in May she probably needed the run. That winner was behind AN SAIGHDIUR in a very competitive handicap at the Curragh last time and Andrew Slattery's charge, who will love the conditions, looks the one to be on. The Thurles-based handler also runs Ucanchoose, who was very impressive at Naas last month which is why he went up a massive 15lb in the weights. Oor Jock has only won once in 19 starts which is a poor return for a very speedy performer and he's also held by the selection on Curragh form.
