Verdict

Jimmy The Jetplane certainly deserved his victory at Sedgefield after finishing runner-up in his first four starts over fences. He's also won four times over hurdles though this looks his toughest task to date. ALWAYS ON THE RUN couldn't cope with Class 2 company at Cheltenham after winning three of his previous four starts and unseating his rider in a Listed contest when favourite for the other. He'll find this much more to his liking and can get back to winning ways. Milan Bound was having only his second start over fences when landing a novice chase at Uttoxeter and wasn't at his best when reverting to hurdles last time so he's on the short-list while Mystifiable started favourite for a Listed contest at Aintree in April after impressive victories in his two previous runs. Bar De Ligne has been steadily dropping in the ratings and showed a bit more at Market Rasen while Milgen Bay was in cracking form at this time a year ago and is only 1lb higher than his last victory.
