It’s probably best to take Brown Bear’s third here last month with a pinch of salt. Jamrham has collected a penalty for winning an even weaker race at Fontwell last month but Riddlestown is only a pound higher than when second in this last year and will have needed his comeback run at Southwell. After a 624-day absence, JUST SPOT’s fitness will have to be taken on trust but he’s potentially well treated on his easy win in a novices’ handicap over course and distance in April of last year.
