Verdict

Wee Anthony, Levallois and Never Awol are three against the field in a tough race to call for punters and the narrow vote is given to Wee Anthony. The selection was a fair second behind Fullards last time out, is sure to strip fitter here and under conditions that suit he looks a value bet in an open affair. Levallois rates the main danger as he is thrown in on his best form but he took a heavy fall last time out so it is hard to know if his confidence will have been effected and with this in mind he is taken on. Never Awol goes particularly well at this track and could run well at a price but he looks weighted up to his best. Dr Mann is game and consistent and is sure to run his race but he is hard to win with, This is a trappy affair and the market will be very informative but for the winner we return to Wee Anthony.
