        Verdict

        WEATHER BABE hasn't been seen since making a winning debut over hurdles here at the start of December but fitness is rarely an issue with one from her yard and the five-year-old can get the better of the more-exposed Niki Royal. Amistress is making her hurdling debut and also returning from a break but she has won four times on the Flat. Polly Hopper will have learned plenty from her first start at Ludlow and looks the pick of the remainder.
