In depth
Verdict
IT WAS ME has been making hay between the flags lately and, still only seven, may just have a bit more scope than most of these. Carey Williamson has ridden a few winners under Rules this season and is a good booking for Nick Wright's gelding. Montauk Highway has been placed twice at Kelso and once at Sedgefield this season and probably sets the standard as Bellosguardo was well beaten over a shorter trip here on his reappearance and Bleuvito had been struggling to get his head in front before obliging at Andoversford nine days ago. The Nuns Legacy may be best of the rest.
