    Verdict

GOLDEN DUCK can land the spoils here, and is selected ahead of Zacharova and Red Granite. The selection and Zacharova are the joint top weights. Golden Duck would have won last time out after a front running display before running down the fences on the way home at Wincanton. Zacharova's been off the course since running a creditable 4th here in April. He's not yet been able to totally replicate the success previously enjoyed in Ireland, but will be supported. Red Granite has won at this level, but has too many fours next to his name. However a return to chasing from hurdling could do the trick, especially as he gains weight from most. We'll side though with Golden Duck.
