Verdict
CODA AGENCY may be able to have the final say here and is preferred to On Spec and House of Bourbon. Timmy Murphy is clearly an interesting booking and it's also of interest that he was made favourite to win a handicap hurdle here last time that went to Hennessy hope Character Building. He fluffed his lines that day, steps up in trip and races on softer ground so has a fair bit to prove but we'll be willing to grant him that opportunity providing that he isn't too skinny. On Spec has the look of an out and out stayer and could be staying on when the others have cried enough but this is a fair old ask for a young horse on the softest ground that he's encountered to date. House Of Bourbon finished a long way clear of the remainder at Huntingdon on his second start for his new yard and has to be on the short-list but he's gone up by 11lbs and could find this tougher. One or two others would be of interest if attracting support but Hasanpour is the other runner with obvious claims following his win at Huntingdon but his wins have been spread out in the past and we prefer to side with Coda Agency.
