Verdict

CARLETON PLACE won this a year ago and though a massive 14lb higher after a comfortable victory at Uttoxeter in June he looks capable of scoring again. Best Of Bocelli ran his best race over fences over 2m3f at Wexford last month where he was well clear at today's trip. Sense Of Awareness hasn't had much racing recently though would have a chance if returning to his best but Stretch The Truth was beaten a distance when returning from a long break at Limerick in May and is likely to need another run to put him straight.
