Verdict

Both Tullybeg and Bacardys won beginners chases last month but the latter ran below par in a valuable handicap at Kilbeggan last time when POPONG finished runner-up. The latter failed to trouble the winner but a similar effort in this lesser company can see Henry De Bromhead’s charge go one better. The Little Yank will appreciate this return to a faster surface and is preferred to Ferdia.
