Cusp Of Carabelli has been in decent form over hurdles this year but his record in point-to-points, in which he failed to complete in four of five starts, is off-putting at the start of his chase career. Bye Bye O Bye has also been going well over the smaller obstacles but is now 12 and has little scope to do better over fences second time around. DASMYHOSS was a fair third on his debut over fences at Downpatrick. He’s had a couple of runs on the Flat since so should lack nothing in fitness and is preferred to the former Alan King-trained Stylish Moment and Pistol Shoot, from the yard that won this in 2017.
