In depth

Verdict

Potential supporters of Light Storm Cass should watch out for the result of the previous race in which Burnt Sienna, runner-up to her at Wexford, has a fine chance. MAGNOLIA RIDGE gained an easy victory in a Tipperary maiden and went to Galway with a favourite's chance but didn't like the soft ground. Back in more suitable conditions he can get back to winning ways. Jan Van Eyck is an obvious threat on his hat-trick bid and is making his handicap debut on a fair mark while Flight Ofthe Saker was a surprise but impressive winner at Sligo on his handicap debut though a massive 13lb rise looks excessive.
