    Verdict

A few of these have been jumping. West Coast Time is making his debut on the Flat but was second over hurdles at Gowran in February, though hasn’t raced since April and is likely to find this much too short. HANNON developed into a smart novice over timber in the spring. He has placed in both starts on the level this summer and this looks a good opportunity to get off the mark. Convara has a similar record on the Flat and ran well in a handicap hurdle at Galway last month so will be no pushover. Act Of God is also respected after a decent run in an amateurs’ premier handicap at Galway, though is more exposed than some.
