Verdict

Mumbo Bay progressed nicely over timber and ended up in a Grade 3 at Navan in November so he's one to note on his chasing bow. Viconte Du Noyer came up against some smart performers on his first two starts over fences before falling at Naas. He had a run over timber at Punchestown last month and with his confidence restored should get into the frame. AVANT TOUT gets the nod after beating a big field in a handicap hurdle at Punchestown. He could turn out to be very useful and can make a successful debut over the bigger obstacles. Orgilgo Bay has the best hurdles form of these having won a very tough Listowel handicap in September and run in Grade races in his last two starts. He could be a nice prospect over fences and is one to keep an eye on.
