ARDGLEN was produced in fine shape by Shark Hanlon to land a handicap at Limerick on Tuesday where cheekpieces helped provide a much improved effort. He was always going well on the heavy ground and a 6lb penalty doesn't look enough to prevent a quick follow-up. Yeoman has been very consistent and fully deserved his victory over Man Of Principles at Clonmel. He's been handed a 6lb rise in the weights but looks certain to give a good account and comfortably holds Sweet Spirit and Pretty Happy who were fourth and fifth. Lus Na Hoiche is still a maiden over timber but has continued to creep up the weights due to her consistency though she didn't seem happy on very heavy ground at Gowran last time.
