MAJOR MILLER can be a welcome winner for the Nicky Henderson stable while both Magnifico and Bathwick Breeze have been in good spirits of late and are worthy of respect. The selection reverts back to hurdles after a heavy fall at Aintree last month. Prior to that he had shown a decent level of ability when winning at Perth. He is six pounds better off on his hurdle rating and if he can recapture his best form he ought to go close. Magnifico showed his well being having finished an eye catching second to Englishtown at Worcester last time out. He now runs off an all time career high mark and with top weight to carry life will be tough. Bathwick Breeze is another to revert back to the smaller obstacles having fallen over fences last time out. He was in the process of running a big race that day at Worcester and as long as his confidence has not been dented he can once again run well. However Major Miller looks the best treated horse in the race and is taken to land himself back in the winners enclosure.
