Verdict
Magic Sky is likely to be a short price but he should prove too good for Sheer Guts and Oscar D'hyrome. The selection had a pipe opener over the summer so he should have no problems with his fitness today and although he will be seen to better effect over fences this winter he should be capable of scoring in this company over the smaller obstacles. Sheer Guts certainly has the ability to get competitive today but he has failed to complete on each of his last two starts and as he has been off the track since last February the percentage call has to be to take him on. Oscar D'hyrome is another with ability but he is quite quirky and he failed to complete when last seen at Wetherby. If he were to put his best foot forward he should be capable of making the frame. Aliby is game and consistent and should prove best of the rest but for the winner we will return to Magic Sky.
