In depth
Verdict
Hurricane Ali is hard to catch right nowadays and has never won off a mark this high but he often attracts market support, as was the case at Southwell last week. Glorious Zoff was below par at Cartmel last month and has something to find on that form with CALL ME ROCKY, who wasn’t beaten far in fourth and has come on a bundle since switching to the Milton Harris yard. Prince Escalus is almost certainly having a pipe-opener but Enthused won again here two weeks ago while Simply Red is on a hat-trick after a couple of routine victories in lesser company at Bangor. Boom Boom Boom ran twice at the Galway Festival but didn’t show much.
