In depth

Verdict

Classi Maureen can complete the hat-trick at the main expense of Princess Of Aeneas and Border Tale. The last-named looks very attractively handicapped on his 2005 form and showed last time out that he may be staging some sort of a mini-revival. He is one to be wary of, especially if the money comes, however Classi Maureen has been winning well of late and gets the vote again. Her course and distance win a week ago was followed up on Monday with another facile success and although the penalties are racking up, the ground is fine and she gets the vote once again before the handicapper can react. Princess Of Aeneas won a weak seller last time out and this looks tougher, whilst Barton Gate looks too high in the weights. Jayed is now a pound below his highest winning mark so is another for consideration, however Classi Maureen can win again.
