In depth

Verdict

FINE RESOLVE was just about the best of these on the Flat and made a very satisfactory start to his hurdling career when running Grand Gold to half-a-length at Ffos Las. He finished a long way ahead of Kings Apollo and Enjoying and should comfortably confirm running with that pair en route to opening his account here. Among the newcomers, Foster's Road may be the one most capable of upsetting the apple cart as he won over 1m2f at Kempton in March.
