There may only be four runners in this but it's an interesting contest. Theinval was second in two races over fences in France and has been placed in both starts over the larger obstacles in this country. He's won three times over hurdles for Nicky Henderson and will probably start favourite but Kim Bailey is adept at getting his charges ready at homes so JIMMY THE JETPLANE's long absence isn't too much of a worry. He won twice between the flags in 2013 and has come out on top in four of his nine runs under Rules so is much respected. Laser Blazer has won three times over hurdles and saw action on the all-weather over the winter but Make Me A Fortune has yet to impress over fences.

Theinval (FR) 7-2 (10-12) Chased leaders, close up 4 out, stayed on same pace after next, 3rd of 5, 15 1/2l behind Virgilio (10-12) at Warwick 2m 4f (4) gs in May.
