Verdict

Lost In Newyork is usually thereabouts but connections will have been praying for rain as he's never shown his best on this sort of ground. Noble Friend has claims on his second to Iguacu at Worcester while Cartmel third Stanley Bridge has won off a higher mark in the past, though tends to reserve his best for Sedgefield. SURENESS won twice on fast ground on the Flat and showed a bit more with conditions in her favour at Southwell last time. She tackles her first handicap and looks to have been found a good opportunity to get off the mark over hurdles.
