Mrsrobin is probably improving but a further 9lb rise after wins in lesser company is a concern and she may start at restrictive odds. Mr Shantu is having a first run since April but isn’t badly treated on the pick of his form and may be a better bet that stablemate Compadre. POWERFUL SYMBOL won twice for Jonjo O’Neill but is now with Ben Pauling. He’s had a wind operation since last month’s third at Worcester and, if that has brought about some improvement, he may be capable of defying top weight. Aunty Ann will be hard to keep out of the frame again with Loch Linnhe possibly best of the rest.
