Karakoram ran his best race for a while at Ludlow last week but, as a strike-rate of 1-25 over hurdles suggests, he’s not easy to win with. Court Jurado has been struggling over fences but he was second off a 5lb higher mark when last seen over hurdles and Peter Kavanagh takes off a further 7lb. Court Dancer is only a pound higher than when scoring here in July but TEN PAST MIDNIGHT must be the one to beat racing off the same mark as when successful at Newton Abbot last week.
