In depth

Verdict

Alberic often attracts market support and is well treated nowadays but he’s become disappointing. Lightening Gesture returned from a break to finish a close-up fourth at Bangor but LET IT SHINE may finally be on the verge of fulfilling earlier promise judged on last month’s third at Worcester and is marginally preferred to the returning Benny Silver. Gieves also lacks a recent run but Skeeter Park is race-fit so can’t be ignored.
