Champagne City ended a long losing run when making all to score over track and trip last time with Clemento four lengths behind. Dave And Bernie also posted a better effort when second at Fontwell but another chance goes to IRON HEART. The latter ran well without threatening when upped in class at Ascot last time and David Pipe’s colt should be thereabouts at the finish with a similar effort. Raven Court slips further down the weights and could go well with Brian Hughes taking over the reins.
