    Verdict

Javelin showed plenty of ability over hurdles at the end of last summer and has returned to the Flat in good heart. In a race of this nature he is definitely the one to beat. Captain's Log is the obvious danger having been in good form so far this season and is almost certain to be in the shake-up at the finish. Junikay runs in better company than this and must be respected in this class while Reviewer was one of the leading novice hurdlers for Martin Pipe and is interesting having his first run for his new trainer back on the Flat.
