Verdict

Henry Bee has been placed in seven of his 10 career starts and certainly deserves a change of luck. He was only beaten a neck under similar conditions at Musselburgh last time and won't be far away again but it would be no surprise if one of the less-exposed types got the better of him again. VILLAGE GREEN made eye-catching late headway on his debut at Salisbury after running green in the early stages. He'll know more here and gets the nod, though Aureolin Gulf was third over C&D on only his second start. Muhdiq showed promise on the Polytrack in May while Future Wonder hinted at ability at Kempton last September but hasn't been seen since.
