Verdict

It was soft going at this track a fortnight ago when GHAZEER scored with a bit in hand over C&D. Derek Shaw's charge is taken to shrug off a 5lb rise with conditions likely to suit once again. Seventeen Seventy won over 6f at Bath last month but scored over today's trip at Chepstow earlier and can figure along with West Leake Hare, who finished third in a higher grade sprint at Doncaster last time. The remainder are harder to fancy as One Kool Dude's recent second came on fast ground in a lowly handicap at Yarmouth while Conowen and Molly Jones arrive out of sorts.
