    Verdict

    Pezula has looked a very moderate sort over hurdles while winning pointer Pipsacre is probably best watched on her first start under Rules after a lay-off. Cool Friend and EVELLA have already shown useful form over fences, however, and there may not be much to choose between the pair today. The former won at Aintree in the autumn and will have needed her run at Exeter last month but preference is narrowly for the latter, who won at Fakenham and Uttoxeter in January before finding Asturienne much too good over a shorter trip at Plumpton.
