Verdict

Harry Whittington’s stable could not be in better form and STICK WITH BILL has done his bit with two victories. He carries a double penalty but pulled clear with an improver when scoring last time in a Sandown handicap and can give 4lb to Chepstow winner Lieutenant Rocco, though he has bags of scope having raced just once under Rules so far. Brummie Boys adds to the interest as his second at Wetherby was a big step forward.
