Verdict

Fenella Rose ran a promising race on her debut at Nottingham last month but she failed to build on that when well held behind Lady Of The Desert at Leicester and she looks best watched in a race taken to go to REDDY TO STAR, who is taken to gain a deserved first success with Tucker's Law rated as the main danger. The selection is becoming expensive to follow having found one too good in his last three starts, having disappointed on his Goodwood debut. Clive Cox continues to have his team in good heart and a reproduction of recent form should suffice. Henry Candy's Kyllachy gelding Ballachulish is well bred but the yard is not known for their success first time up, while the other newcomer Mdawee makes limited appeal for Tom Dascombe as he may do better over slightly further. Michael Chapman's Baby Judge has been well held in both starts and is hard to recommend and of more interest may be Tucker's Law. Rod Millman's colt has stepped up on his debut outing with decent efforts on defeat at Salisbury in his two subsequent outings. He has to be respected but Reddy To Star has the better form and he is preferred.
