Verdict
PEPPAY LE PUGH has barely put a foot wrong since joining the Skelton yard and arrives on a hat-trick after comfortable wins at Stratford and Sedgefield. He’s been raised a massive 15lb since the last of those wins but looks a novice worth following until beaten. Blazon didn’t manage a win over hurdles but could do better over fences and may enjoy a fitness advantage over the likes of Ken's Well, All Is Good and Cap Du Nord. The latter may be the most interesting of that trio as he was second in a point-to-point as a four-year-old and showed decent form over timber last season.
