Verdict
This looks a tricky contest but it's interesting that Tom McLaughlin has been booked to take over from an apprentice after Squeaky appeared to be given rather too much to do last time out. Squeaky's profile suggests that this trip and ground should prove ideal and he should give a good account of himself. Lost Spirit comes into the race in good form but the handicapper appears to just about have his measure and he may have to settle for a place at best, whilst Javelin takes a big step up in trip in a bid to try and rekindle his form on the level and doesn't ook too appealing. Bhutan will have his supporters after a reasonable effort at Redcar but is unreliable and has his own ideas about the game.
