Verdict

This is a decent contest for the time of year but it’s no surprise that Aidan Coleman has chosen June’s Worcester winner Fort Worth over Adam du Breteau, even though the latter is closely matched with Kilfinichen Bay on their run together at Fontwell in the spring. Sonneofpresenting has got his act together but he only beat Buachaill Alainn a short-head at Worcester last month and is 4lb worse off. Minellacelebration has developed into a useful handicapper and had Belmount back in third at Uttoxeter in May, though is now 5lb higher. FACT OF THE MATTER wouldn’t want any rain but did score on good to soft at Cartmel last month and may still be on an upward curve - Jamie SSnowden'scharge could shrug off a further 6lb rise.
