Verdict
Fever Roque blundered away his chances on his chasing debut at Ayr then fell at the second at Musselburgh last week. WILLIAM CODY got away with a couple of errors at Huntingdon and Pam Sly's five-year-old should continue to progress while Black Opium did well to chase home track specialist Catlin at Newcastle, though could have done without a 5lb rise. Broomfields Kan's best efforts have come on heavy ground so more rain would aid his cause.
