Verdict
Not a strong race by any stretch of the imagination and, with Jonjo O'Neill in such tremendous form at present, the vote goes to The Sister. The daughter of Alflora was easy to back on her sole previous start at Huntingdon in December but caught the eye when staying on strongly to finish a respectable fifth. Sure to have improved for the experience, she may prove good enough to prevail over some moderate rivals. Flossy Tops and Super Sammy are previous winners but both have disappointed since and this pair look vulnerable under a 7lb penalty. Vicars Destiny caught a tartar on her hurdling debut over course and distance late last month and merits respect while Peter Beaumont introduces an interesting newcomer in the shape of Gipsy Wood who should be noted in the exchanges.
