        Newmarket raider EL PICARO (NAP) looks the one to beat in a very ordinary novice auction stakes if translating some fair all-weather form on to this surface. Frog And Toad was a bit better last month at Beverley and Tommaso wasn’t beaten far, despite running green, over this trip at Carlisle but Sanderlin might appreciate an extra furlong.
