Verdict

Astracad is now a teenager and hasn't won for over two years though he's slipped to a fair mark as a consequence and reappeared with a good run at Leicester. Agamemmon is on the same mark as when scoring at Market Rasen in May but has been well beaten in all three subsequent starts. Lord County beat two rivals at Doncaster but was then 35l behind MANWELL at Catterick. The latter is very consistent and will take some beating as Thyne For Gold jumped moderately at Musselbugh.
