Verdict
Harley, Magico and Ringside Jack are three against the field in this conditional jockeys' handicap hurdle and the vote is given to Harley. The selection was a fair third behind The Names Bond last time out and with the drop in trip in his favour he should take plenty of beating. Magico has shown plenty of promise and he ran well enough over this course and distance last time when second behind Beamish Prince. However, the suspicion is that he might be slightly better over further and although he has obvious place claims, he may again find one too good. Ringside Jack ran his best race over hurdles last time when fifth behind Mr Midaz and he has conditions to suit here, but he still has plenty to prove and for that reason he is passed over. Spainkris did not handle the heavy ground last time but he had previously been in good form, so he is another to consider. However, for the winner we return to Harley.
