        Purevalue (IRE) Yet to hit form this term and has plenty of weight to carry in today's very testing conditions; could find this a tough assignment.

        Cumbrian Challenge (IRE) Grand campaigner who battled gamely to land the spoils at Sedgefield earlier this week on ground that didn't suit. Has the same underfoot conditions to contend with today in a tougher race and is reluctantly opposed.

        Donnybrook (IRE) Stable have had a nightmare time this term but appear to have just turned the corner and this fellow could be capable of showing his worth now; well worth a second look.

        Amlwch Looked a shade unlucky at Ayr latest and can be expected to make a bold bid for compensation today.

        Ballad Minstrel (IRE) Has lost his way of late and is hard to get excited about.

        June's River (IRE) In good form this term and can be expected to go well again although might find a few of these a bit pacey; place claims.

        Honey Trader Brought down latest, but overall form this term leaves a bit to be desired.

        Castletown Count Goes in the soft but is rather one-paced and likely to find a few too good as usual.

        Murray's Million Has been in decent form this term and makes the long journey north today in search of another prize; must be respected.

        Tashreef Getting a bit long in the tooth these days, but capable if in the mood; stable not in the best of form at the moment.

        Fassan (IRE) Not the force he used to be but gets in here with a lightweight; outside chance at best.
