Verdict

Go Odee Go had proved difficult to place prior to scoring at Taunton last month. But he followed that up with a good fourth and Sandown and may be improving. However, it was hard not to be impressed with SIGN MANUAL at Bangor considering he was making his hurdling debut following a lengthy absence. He may not have beaten much but was a fair stayer on the Flat and should have plenty more to offer. Bentons Lad was second at Newcastle in March but disappointed here shortly after and has a bit to prove now. Former pointer Ashes Corner should be all the better for his fourth in a bumper at Carlisle last month.
