Verdict
Sue Smith is struggling to find a race for Dartford Warbler, who has been reluctant to line up in the past. Strongly Suggested was just beaten off this mark and over this trip at Newton Abbot last summer but has gone up 3lb since his latest second at Stratford. Rosquero had been getting closer prior to unseating his rider at Kelso so could be interesting but a tentative vote goes to CROOKSTOWN, who has been taking on better opposition lately and has dropped down the weights significantly. Leanna Ban was second off today’s mark over course and distance last month so looks the danger.
