Verdict

Mistakes at the last two flights didn't help the cause of Luggers Hall at Bangor but he hasn't done much wrong and Lee Edwards' claim will be a help though VOLCAN SURPRISE may prove too good. Alan King's French import started favourite on his UK debut at Sandown and though finding Dark And Dangerous too strong will have come on for the run and looks a nice prospect. School For Scandal was very consistent on the Flat and is one to keep an eye on while Illustration landed a Catterick handicap on the level by seven lengths and can make further progress. Musnad ended a light campaign on the Flat with a fine run in a York handicap last month and is just the type Brian Ellison does so well with, while King Of The Celts made his hurdling debut in a Listed contest here last month and can do better in this company.
